"We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels.
The room key didn’t work so every day we had to get it rekeyed. "

"Excellent experience at this property! The only thing I wasn't aware of was that it wasn't staffed 24/7. Luckily I was arriving before 8 PM when the lobby closed, and I believe there were other methods for checking in, but I wish that would have been Made more clear upon booking.
