「I cannot tell you what a blessing this amazing home was to our family. My son and his fiancé booked the Avalon Legacy Ranch for their wedding on August 23rd. We were able to commute back and forth to the venue which saved us BIG TIME as we had left everything we had purchased in one of the fridges for the charcuterie boards/table. It was a save the day moment!!! I spoke to the owner on a few occasions. Extremely helpful no matter what I needed. The house is beautiful, the land, the pool...

「Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. 」

「A great place to serve as our base camp, while we moved our daughter into UNT. We loved getting to explore Denton/Dallas then come back and play a game of pool or have a meal together. Was helpful to have a washer and dryer! The property was beautiful and clean and the location very convenient to all the shops on the Loop. 」

「Hosted extended family for Thanksgiving and needed more space than our home offered. The Argyle Villa was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and a dedicated bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. The country setting was unique and enjoyable. Host was very responsive addressing one small access issue that arose during the stay.」

「FCS Championship weekend with several 60-yr old college friends. The house was 10 minutes away from Toyota Stadium, 45 minutes to AT&T Stadium, and 40 minutes to DFW. Great location. We had plenty of room for seven of us. Perfect setup for bloody mary brunches and for hanging out evenings after a couple days of football.」

「The pool was advertised as “available” but it had green stuff on bottom. They “fixed” it but we tried once to get in it, but couldn’t tolerate how cloudy and dirty it was. This was sad for us as the pool was whole reason we chose this place. Otherwise great. 」

「I was looking for the perfect place to go to escape the hustle and bustle, but not be too far from it. This was a great spot! Plenty of space for my kids to have their own privacy, and more than enough space for all of us to enjoy one another. The pool was an added bonus for my 9 year old, and I enjoyed beating my teenage son on the pool table! The host was very responsive, and the home was equipped for all our needs. VERY glad we selected this location. Would highly recommend it!!」
