「Clean and comfortable」

「Only place I will stay in Bainbridge」

「I gave it only a 3 because the elevator was broken, I had to go up 3 flights of step on my crutches and my husband had to make 2 trips to the car and carry our luggage up 3 flights. Mind you we are not young in our late 70's! Also, the room was freezing because we had no heat in our room and it was 60 degrees outside! TV didn't work and my husband had to hook up the wires to get it to work. That said, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. PS: They had the elevator company working...

「The bedding was not fresh!y changed. One pillow case was visibly stained, blankets on bed were very old, worn And thin. Over priced for the room. Pillows too small. We ordered fresh linen and blanket for the bed. The staff was very nice and prompt. Parking was fine.」

「Not the cleanest rooms and my mom’s room had to be changed because it smelled like dog and the sofa was dirty. My room had hair on the bathroom floor, the remote was nasty and sticky and the room smelled stale.」

「I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. 「Overall good stay. Variety of breakfast items including some hot items: eggs, sausage, biscuits. Husband said the coffee was good! Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Only inconveniences were the operation of the shower (display in the office) and a lack of outlets near the bed. Would stay again! 」
