The lady at the desk, Alexis, was very professional, kind, and helpful. She was also very quick and knowledgeable. The room I had was clean as a whistle. The only downside was that there was no soap in the bathroom, however if I had gone and asked I’m sure it would’ve been provided to me. Keep up the good work!

It's worth the stay

I was pleasantly surprised by their service - friendly, welcoming and efficient. In addition, the room was clean and comfortable. If you are in the Bainbridge area, it's worth the stay - you won't be disappointed.

The Indian Manager is so nice and easy to talk to. I work next door at the WAWA and live in Thomasvillie. I book here every time I have to work because it’s time efficient and convenient. I love the property and the staff is the best, down to house keeping.

Our stay was just one night we were there going through for my mother's funeral and I was very tired. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and inviting. I slept for hours. I would stay there again if I go back through that area. Thank you.

The office ladies were very professional and courteous, both at check in and checkout. The room and bathroom were clean. Two things that were small problems: the lamp at the desk could not be plugged in (no outlet) and the heater in our room didn’t seem to be working. However, the staff gave us a small portable heater, which warmed the room well so a cold night was averted.

I stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed by the condition of the room. The chair had what appeared to be mold and visible stains, the bathtub and surrounding grout looked dirty, the shower curtain was stained, and the bed covering was dirty, with marks and holes. The complimentary breakfast was poor and disappointing. It consisted of packaged mini doughnuts, Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes, milk, coffee, orange juice, and tea. After staying at three inns, I have learned to travel with my own sheets, towels, and Clorox wipes. I should not have to do that. Every paying guest deserves a clean, properly maintained room. Basic cleanliness should be a standard at every hotel. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards and Expedia updates its listing photos to accurately reflect the property’s condition.

If you are not a smoker make sure you book a NON-SMOKING ROOM! I believe this hotel is for truck drivers or construction workers who just need an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and nice. There is a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Wawa and other stores close by.

Got z two night stay arrived about 9pm as soon as entering room there was a funny smell wife went straight to the bathroom there it went south I'm not taking a shower in that tub etc etc. Then she pulled back the sheets will you believe it she starts saying bug bug so she shows me and no not a bug but a black thing of some type we pull sheets more and found 3 more black things so sheets weren't changed out they were just pulled up and straighten up we sweep sheets off she slept with he clothes on and I'm not spending another night also tub had some type of jets three sticking out from the inside that probably shoot water out into tub and all three were covered with what looked like mold next morning we left about 6am talk to mar at desk very very nice he understood us leaving he recommend a different hotel still waiting on refund for one day got a email today stating would take 7 to 10 days for refund
