Certainly, here's a more concise and less colloquial version: Abbiamo prenotato una stanza su Expedia per marzo, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel era chiuso e non avrebbe riaperto fino a metà o fine maggio. Il proprietario, Alessandro, ci ha gentilmente permesso di soggiornare in una stanza non pulita da tempo ma in condizioni accettabili. Tuttavia, abbiamo notato che è ancora possibile prenotare la struttura anche se è chiusa. Questo ha portato alla mia decisione di assegnare una stella come valutazione. Ho informato Alessandro della situazione. Suggerisco di rimuovere l'opzione di prenotazione da Expedia per evitare che altri viaggiatori si trovino nella stessa situazione. Inoltre, c'è una presenza eccessiva di gatti e cani amichevoli. Nonostante ciò, il luogo è comunque bello.
