この施設について

Rita's House

  • Welcome! Rita's House is a charming apartment located in the historic center of Atrani, just two minutes from the beach and the beautiful little square with its shops, bars, and restaurants. Atrani enjoys a prime location, to say the least, as it’s just a 10-minute walk from Amalfi. It’s the ideal starting point for visiting all the most glamorous spots on the Amalfi Coast without sacrificing the tranquility and authenticity of this small village.

Worst experience ever! It is a scam! After I replied no when the host asked if we need taxi from airport, he disappeared. Never replied my call, message. Vbro customer service tried to help but cannot contact him either. The reservation got cancelled at 5 pm of the check in date. I will give him -100 if I can.

Probably the worst check-in process I’ve ever experienced. The owners were completely disorganized and uncommunicative, we waited nearly an hour just trying to figure out where to go. When they finally did pick up the phone, they yelled at us for “not being in the right place,” even though they never actually told us where to be in the first place. The apartment itself is easy enough to locate and could be described clearly for a smooth check-in, but they simply don’t bother.Inside, there’s no A/C — just a couple of weak fans — and the place turns into an oven at night. It was often cooler outside than inside, and sleeping was miserable. On top of that, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all, and we had no cell service in the apartment, which made everything even more frustrating.Would not recommend unless you enjoy confusion, heat, and being completely disconnected.
