The room was great and clean and nice a/c. The breakfast was generic but lots of options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mostly all the staff was nice and friendly except for one lady when you check in. Other than that, It's a great place to stay in Atotonilco.

We stayed here 1 night. The Hotel is close to the plaza. Our stay included breakfast. Staff was nice and told us where to catch a cab as Uber isn’t used in this town. Our stay was wonderful!

Our stay at Hotel Via Real was great! Location is a block away from the plaza. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The decor is very nice. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue regular y con varios puntos que considero importantes mencionar para futuros huéspedes: 1. Al llamar para confirmar la estancia, ninguna persona quiso proporcionar su nombre “por políticas de la empresa”, lo cual genera desconfianza desde el inicio. 2. Me solicitaron depósito anticipado cuando en la publicación y reservación indicaba “pago al llegar”. 3. Insistían mucho en conocer la hora exacta de llegada para “apartarme” la habitación, algo que me pareció incómodo considerando que ya existía una reservación. 4. El personal no porta identificaciones visibles. Solo una persona finalmente me proporcionó su nombre al llegar. 5. Me solicitaron mi INE y además le tomaron fotografía completa. Entiendo que puedan pedir identificación para verificar la reservación, pero considero importante que los huéspedes sepan cómo se manejarán sus datos personales y qué medidas de protección tienen para resguardar esa información. En mi caso, esto me generó incomodidad y desconfianza. 6. Las habitaciones cumplen únicamente con lo básico; son sencillas y no hay que esperar mucho en cuanto a instalaciones o comodidad. 7. Lo positivo: la ubicación es bastante céntrica y el desayuno incluido es aceptable, aunque nada extraordinario. En general, lo que más me incomodó fue la actitud de dos personas del personal, especialmente por el trato poco amable y la insistencia constante con el pago y la hora exacta de llegada. Creo que el servicio al cliente debe mejor
