The lower home occupies level 1. The upper home occupies levels 2–4. Guests using the upper home should be comfortable with stairs.

Settle into Lower Chelsea, a residential neighborhood at Atlantic City’s southern end near Ventnor. The home sits on the beach block of South Bartram Avenue, just seven houses from the Boardwalk and Bartram Avenue Beach.
Bartram Avenue Park is at the end of the block. Nearby Ventnor Avenue offers neighborhood cafés, casual restaurants, and local markets for meals and everyday essentials.
