This comfortable 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home is waiting for you! The home is in a great location in Ventnor. Close to the Beach, Boardwalk, Atlantic City Strip and Casinos, and many Restaurants! The space is great to enjoy a getaway with friends and family in a relaxing setting.

This Ventnor home is quaint and pleasing, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nearby beach and boardwalk. Atlantic City is a short drive from the house where you can enjoy the Casinos, piers, boardwalk and many restaurants and bars.
SUN ROOM: Directly through the front door, with seating.
LIVING ROOM: With comfortable couches, additional seating and a Smart TV with streaming apps (no cable).
KITCHEN: Updated, fully stocked, with stainless steel appliances.
DINING ROOM: Off of the kitchen, with seating for 8.
BATHROOMS: There is 1 half bath on the main level, and 2 full baths on the 2nd level.

Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.

No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
