About this property

Cute Condo in the heart of OCNJ

  • Welcome to our cozy OCNJ condo on the 3rd floor. Park your car and unwind. Everything you need is within walking distance but away from the noise of the downtown. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Wawa, local ice cream shops, a deli are all within a few minutes walk. We offer 2 off street parking spots behind the building via access through the alley as well as several options of non metered street parking. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 1 spacious full bath. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. The living room has a sectional sofa with a pull out that sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. There is plenty of seating in living room with an additional sofa and loveseat. In addition, the living room has a new 75inch tv that offers internet streaming for your viewing pleasure. If you enjoy cooking or just like to have the option we offer a full sized kitchen and a table that seats at least 6. Lastly, the front porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a beverage in the evenings.
