NEW FOR 2021 - Two Brand New Queen Mattresses - Sleep in comfort !!

#103 Sun Beach is a beautiful, 1 BR, 1BA condominium located directly on the corner of 9th St. and Wesley Avenue. Two short blocks from the center of the boardwalk and the 9th & 10th St. beaches. Perfect center city location, EVERYTHING within walking distance! This unit sleeps 4 people on two queen-sized beds.

This is a 1st-floor condo located in a quiet corner of the complex. No stairs are required. Perfect for families with young children or guests with climbing difficulties.

Each guest has full use of Sun Beach's heated swimming pool (Memorial day through Labor day), BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Free Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. We PROMISE that you and your family will LOVE your Ocean City, NJ vacation here!

Our condo has many amenities, including a great location being just blocked from the beach, boardwalk, rides, grocery store, and many restaurants (including the major OC Chinese restaurant). Laundry facilities are next door and the kitchenette is well equipped. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker as well!! It is a good choice for both first-time and long-time OC vacationers.

Spring Vacation in Ocean City

Nice Condo in the center of Ocean City, unit was clean and had most conveniences that you would need .Owner supplied towels and bed linens also. Enjoyed my stay and will rent this Condo again.

Great location, great pool, small room

This is a converted motel that still looks like a motel. But the beds were comfy and the location is perfect! We enjoyed the pool. The furnishings are very sparse - only two metal chairs, one light, and the two beds. Bring lots of extra towels with you since there were only two towels and facecloths in the bathroom.
