気になった点 : 清潔度
Overall, great location! Hence the two stars. Minus three stars for cleanliness and other issues listed below. Complained about the mildew in the main bathroom. Property rep stated they would send someone to address the issue. No one ever came. Complained about refrigerator’s filter needing changing and broken shelves. That too was never addressed. Complained about bathroom’s door knob was broken and yet again the issue wasn’t addressed. Other issues I found that didn’t make the stay there enjoyable: 1. Matttress for the third floor were hard as a rock. By the third day we had to order a mattress topper. 2. Tiles around the jacuzzi were cracked and dingy. Definitely did not use it for that reason. 3. Kitchen cups and dishes has dings and chips which made using them difficult and unsafe to use 4. The AC unit didn’t worked well. The third and bottom floor were hot despite setting temp even at 68 degrees. What made it worse was the property doesn’t have ceiling fans in the rooms. There were one standing fan which was so filthy it took us 20 minutes to clean. We ended up having to buy another standing fan just to be able to sleep at night. 5. The Living Room Rug didn’t sit completely flat on all four sides so that was a tripping hazard for our family. These “issues” would appear to be minor issues but considering what we paid for overall for our two weeks stay, we certainly expected a lot more or better than what we ended up with. Certainly would not rent this property again
