Hotel is very dated , front counter staff do everything they can to service you with what they have. Service time of turn over the rooms is very slow . Good location to get around , but the outdate hotel and pictures is to different things when customers go to room.

Okay stay.

Stayed here for about a week. The hotel needs a complete upgrade for the prices that they are charging. The staff was super helpful and friendly especially the valet staff as we were in and out quite frequently.

Easy check-in and stay just need to be aware that the lobby has moved upstairs to the 2nd hotel’s main entrance. Friendly staff, nice view and easy access, great breakfast.

As positive, the room had a good amount of space and was clean. It had amenities like an apartment would. The price was a good value. As negatives, half of the light switches didn’t work. My key card didn’t work in the elevator twice. Housekeeping took my used towels and didn’t replace them. The TV remote didn’t work.

Great stay overall

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet was not refilled well, so we did not have enough to eat.

Do not stay at this location, it is OLD & SMELLY, the room was filthy. Bathroom smelled like urine. The whole room smelled like mold or some sort of water damage. I believe I was given such a terrible room because it was booked 3rd party aka Expedia (which they reminded me of every chance they got). NO HOT WATER ON THE PREMISES from when I checked in. Staff did not answer the phone all night not sure if the front desk was even staffed with a person. The next morning the front desk clerk would not answer the phone for Expedia so I can get my refund. I literally had to stand on line and wait until I was the next person so I can tell Expedia when to call. On the other hand Expedia was perfect with issuing the refund and assistance. If you must book a Staybridge hotel, pick the one by the airport, it is newly renovated and CLEAN and the staff was friendly and pleasant

The room was not the cleanest as far at the bathroom and kitchen area and carpet beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t work it was very hot in our room. Check in was pretty rough, spent 1.5 hrs on line after they pushed everyone’s 3 pm check in back to 4 due to an alleged housekeeping issue… room was decent at best: dirty shower, lack of linens so not sure what housekeeping was doing between check out and a new round of guests to check in. But at least my room had a coffee pot with grounds, filter & creamer. Pool was nice, staff were somewhat cordial. I booked this for convenience/location, not for aesthetics. If you want something nicer, this may not be your best option.

I have photos of the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The drawer was very dusty. The floor especially at the windows had a lot of dirt. We had 1 toilet paper, no Shampoo, no body wash no conditioner, the dispenser in the shower were completely empty. The window needs a good cleaning also, you can’t see outside too well because it’s dirty. When asking g for items you have to call front desk and the place you on hold so they can call a different department or they just hang up on you. The gentleman that checked us on was very nice to us. The guy in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast so nice.

Staff was amazing

The front desk staff were all very nice and personable; the breakfast staff was as well. We got one of the queen suites and it was clean and tidy. We were on the 24th floor so we had a great view of downtown. It’s very pretty at night. The hospital is close so if you are a light sleeper it may not be the best location for you. I am normally a light sleeper but the sounds didn’t bother me and I slept well. The only issue that I had was that maintenance never came to check on the ac even though I requested maintenance to look at it for 2 days. Other than that it was a great location. My son and I explored midtown so we did a lot of walking and made a lot of little discoveries. All in all I would stay there again.
