When we arrived at the property there were dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher had not been run. When we used the sink, there was a rusted bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal blades that we had to dig out to get the garbage disposal to run so the water would drain in the sink. There also was no water or ice connected in the refrigerator. We talked to Julius and he said that he had to rush the cleaners out because we had arrived. We actually arrived 2 hours past the check in time. They did fix the refrigerator so we had ice the 2nd day. The place was not adequately stocked with towels, dishes, glasses, cookware for a 3 bedroom luxury condo. Julius was very nice and responsive, but I don't feel the property lived up to an upscale luxury penthouse for the price. It is located in a nice neighborhood and everyone at the reception desk was very welcoming.
