Amazing property!! So glad we found it. The owners were so lovely and accommodating. They great restaurant recommendations and the area was perfect. Walkable and great restaurant finds. The room was clean, modern and perfect for our stay. We were in Atlacomulco for a friend’s wedding and were so lucky to stay here

Was ok but definitely did not live up to the other reviews. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful I felt like we were bothering her. Anyway if you need a place to sleep I guess its an ok option.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación y la atención del personal fue buena. Solo dos quejas, la habitación que me dieron estaba junto a otra la cual se conectaba por una especie de clóset, por lo que se oía todo de la otra habitación. Otro tema fue que por la mañana a las 9 alguien intentó abrir la habitación e ingresaron la clave, no pudieron entrar solo porque había puesto el seguro, al retirarme solo me dijeron que no fue nadie del personal, pero que no sabían nada al respecto.

Las instalaciones son nuevas o las están remodelando. Las habitaciones Es también Una estancia corta. No tienen escritorio para trabajar. Te dejan dos botellas pequeñas de agua. El personal Muy amable. El estacionamiento se encuentra enfrente del hotel.

1.- Tuvieron que cambiar sabanas en las 2 camas 2.-El colgador de ropa esta muy deficiente y sin ganchos 3.-Pedimos un taxi..."Ese servicio no lo proporcionamos, puede caminar a la avenida,en donde pasan colec- tivos" 4.-se agradeceria un portamaletas Olvidense de encuestas ,lo mejor es utilizar la instalacion como incognito

Las camas tienen chinches, 3 personas del grupo en que fui que nos quedamos en habitaciones distintas nos enronchamos por chinches de las habitaciones, el agua caliente tarda muchisimo en salir y dura muy poco

Buen lugar para hospedarse. El estacionamiento no está dentro del hotel, es un terreno enfrente de este, pero todo muy seguro. La atención es muy buena, la habitación no cuenta con plancha pero en cuanto la solicitas te la llevan sin problema.
