Villa Stefani is an elegant retreat with 7 bedrooms, spacious living areas, a private pool, and garden. Just minutes from beaches, golf & tennis courts, and a 20-minute walk to Glyfada’s vibrant center with shops, cafés, and restaurants, it combines privacy and convenience.

Please note that for groups larger than 4, an additional charge of €100 per night/stay applies for each extra guest. We want to make sure the space is perfectly prepared for your entire group!

The villa features two expansive living rooms with fireplaces and smart TVs, two fully equipped kitchens, and a large dining area ideal for shared meals and gatherings. It includes seven bedrooms with double beds & six bathrooms—two of which are en-suite. A dedicated workspace with a desk, computer, and a large smart TV is also available, making it suitable for both leisure and work stays.

Outdoors, the villa boasts a private pool and beautifully maintained garden, complete with a dining table and barbecue, creating the perfect setting for hosting and entertaining. For relaxation and entertainment, guests can enjoy an array of leisure facilities including a grand piano, sauna, billiards room, wine cellar, and table football.

Guests have excluding access to all areas.

Please note that the third floor is not accessible to guests, as it is occasionally used by the housekeeper and has a completely separate, independent entrance. The housekeeper does not use any shared or common areas, ensuring that your stay remains entirely private. Guest privacy is of the utmost importance to us, as consistently reflected in our reviews.

- Other things to note -
Complementary housekeeping service is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
If one cleaner is available on the day: 4 hours (approx. 10:00am to 14:00). If two cleaners are available to work together: 2 hours (approx. 10:00am to 12:00).

Gardening & Pool Maintenance are also done on a weekly basis.

Public transportation & Airport Shuttle bus stops are within a 2 minute walking distance.

Parking is available directly outside the villa at all times.
