The property was very close to a metro station and several large supermarkets, as well as the National Architure Musuem. The area was adequately safe and easy to travel on foot.

The inside of the property was nice and spacious. One thing not mentioned is it sits directly across the street from a church, so bell ringing was a thing! And on the other corner 2 big dumpster trashcan with trash on ground. Graffiti on most buildings including this one. The area is what you make of it. Owner slow to respond. Close to Victoria Station for walking to the train and the Archeological museum. Not too far from shopping.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had great amenities, but the noise from the street was unbearable. We had no sleep due to that. On Saturday morning the bells in the church across the road rang and they sounded like they were on the room.

Close to the metro to get around athens, Clean and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. Could be a little nosey at times but you have to remember people live in the complex it’s not a hotel. Great communicate from host. Would definitely recommend and stay again *****

Proper en ruim appartement met handige self-checkin. De foto's zijn correct. Handig voor zakenreizigers. We kregen de check-in info pas na zelf te bellen, maar dat was wellicht uitzonderlijk vergeten. Juist op de dag van uitchecken kwam de kuisploeg al rond 9.15 binnen, terwijl de uitchecktijd 11.00 was. De ligging is handig nabij een groot park en het Nationaal archeologisch museum. Vlakbij het appartement is wel een kerkje, wiens klok tussen 7.00 en 8.00 enkele keren luisteren. Je hebt dus geen wakker nodig.

Ces n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement dans un immeuble dédié à la location de tourisme. Le logement est très bien mais un peu bruyant (typique du secteur). Le quartier au premier abord est particulier mais il faut se renseigner sur son histoire qui d'ailleurs est un peu en contradiction avec le logement... Hôte disponible en cas de besoin via WhatsApp, très efficace !

Ich war für 5 Nächte dort und es hat sehr gut gepsst. Man kann auch wunderbar länger bleiben. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht von der Ausstattung her, welche auch modern ist. Die Unterkunft ist an einer befahrernen Strasse it einer Bushaltestelle direkt neben dem Gebäude und auch zu Fuss ist alles schnell erreichbar. Der Cehck-In und Check-out hat problemlos geklappt, da die Kommunikation wirklich gut stattgefunden hat. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Πολύ καλή λύση για επαγγελματικούς ή άλλους λόγους

Αν εξαιρεθούν μερικά προβλήματα με τον ανελκυστήρα, η διαμονή ήταν θαυμάσια. Θα μπορούσε βέβαια να υπάρχει και φούρνος μικροκυμάτων (ηλεκτρική κουζίνα για σύντομες διαμονές δεν βοηθάει).
