  • The villa has 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms 2 wc and a pool. Sleeps up to 6 persons.
    The villa has 3 floors, at the ground floor there is a living room ,a bedroom with a bathroom ensuite, a kitchen and a wc. At the first floor(also ground floor)there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms ensuite.And at the first floor there is a second kitchen ,a second living room and a wc. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. (no indoor conection between ground floor and first floor, only outside)

Beautiful sea view villa

We had an amazing holiday at Seaview. Ira was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contacting us few days before the holiday and providing all the information we needed. The villa is very modern and well equipped and the views are breathtaking. The local area is a nature reserve and is very beautiful and Athens with all its attractions is a short car ride away. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful views atop the hillside

Beautiful views from inside and out! A perfect place to relax and rest. The breathtaking drive up the edge of the hillside is not for the faint of heart (no guardrails!), but was a memorable part of our experience. Our party laughed together every day about which of us loved the hillside’s hairpin turns and which did not! We had a lovey stay. We were surprised to find the lack of a full sized bed in the second bedroom, but we slept with the trundle mattress situated right next to the other. Our property manager was extremely hospitable and helpful - taking care of every detail and offering helpful local recommendations - great insights, which we took advantage of. We loved the Seaview villa, and in the first week of May we had the only unit in use, and had the place to ourselves!

Super séjour

Nous sommes restés en famille pendant 12 jours dans cette villa pour du repos, du soleil, de la mer et des bains dans la piscine. Tout y était!!! Des visites sur Athènes en plus...La villa est très bien équipée et possède un très bon standing au regard de celui du secteur. Petit bémol, ce n'est pas une villa mais deux sur deux niveaux différents, nous n'avions pas lu ce point dans l'annonce. Mais nous sommes tout de même ravis et nous reviendront sans aucun doute!

Mieux que sur l’annonce!

Magnifique villa très confortable avec tout ce dont vous be soin. Il ne manque rien! La vue est tout simplement incroyable de chaque pièce de la maison! Ira est littéralement aux petits soins pour les locataires et c’est vraiment un plus! Elle est de bon conseils sur our sales sujets! Restos, visites, plages… Bref un séjour plus que réussi! Merci
