A luxury one floor apartment in one of the most beautiful,urban and famous areas of Athens called Petralona .

Welcome to a new entrance apartment from Athens Houses team.
The flat is located at the 5rd floor of a new building only 8 minutes walking distance from metro station Petralona (Green line) and 10 minutes from metro station Thisio .
A beautiful,modern and spacious flat is waiting for you to create unforgettable memories.
A great place, ideal for a long or short visit in the city that we are sure will leave you with great memories.
It's a wonderful athenian one floor apartment with elevator at the 5rd floor of a new building with

*2 tvs one in the living room and one in the bedroom*

*dishwasher
*strong Wi-Fi
***and one of the few apartments in Athens that has autonomous heating !!

Please have in mind that the check-in is after 15:00 o’clock if you want to check in earlier and there is availability of course we will accept it. If not unfortunately we have to keep the schedule of the check-in.
The checkout is until 11.
As before if there is availability for late check out we will accept it.

Beautiful balcony that the view will take your breath away and will offer you relaxing moments.
In one of the most alive and famous spots of the city at the area Petralona just two steps away from Petralona metro station and a short walk to Thisio,Acropolis and Central Athens .

Located at Thessalonikis street really one breath from metro that will make it very easy to move around Athens. ( Historical Thisio is only one stop away and Acropolis two) . The area is very famous for the lots and nice restaurants cafes and there are all next to the flat.

That bright and luxury flat will be your home away from home for the days you will visit Athens .

The location was very convenient 15 to 20 minutes from Acropolis, restaurants and more! We love the apartment, very comfortable and equipped with the necessary. Management was very helpful and it makes easier our stay. Thank you Nancy for all the help! It would be our place when come back next time.
