The beds were super comfy, the pillows awesome and the sheets noticeably soft. The best I have slept in for the entire trip. This was so welcome after 3 weeks of rock hard beds and super flat pillows. The breakfast was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel but we felt unsafe walking to dinner or the metro. The hotel was also unbearably hot. The staff was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was good.

Luwian is a beautiful boutique hotel in Athens. The rooms are spotless, modern, and well designed, and the staff is professional and very welcoming. That said, I cannot recommend staying here because of the location. The hotel is in Omonia, which feels unsafe, during our stay we were followed on several occasions by suspicious individuals and never felt at ease walking in the area. It’s truly unfortunate that such a great hotel is set in such a problematic neighborhood.

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel itself gives you a sense of calm on entry. The staff are beyond helpful and can’t do enough for you. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of things. I would recommend staying here. The only thing that maybe lets it down is that the area doesn’t feel the safest in the evening, but saying that we didn’t have any issues ourselves.

Excellent!

The hotel is new, modern, beautiful, with really polite staff. Rooms are equipped with all the essentials: fridge, kettle, ironing board AND a Nespresso machine. However, in our room, two chairs and a coffee table were missing. There was only one desk-chair. Breakfast is good. We really appreciated the one our late check out they gave us. Location is convenient: on foot to Monastiraki, Plaka, Syntagma, Acropolis etc. As the hotel is centrally located, it is noisy and the neighbourhood around is not the best. Again, staff were very polite!

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil du personnel a été exceptionnel que ce soit en réception, au service du petit-déjeuner, ou au bar-restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous avons été choyés tout au long du séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très bien entretenues. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié avec des spécialités grecques et internationales. L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelques mètres de la place Omonia. On peut aller à pieds à Plaka ou Psyri, en moins de 15 min. La circulation est dense comme dans tout Athènes, donc on entend les bruits de la circulation depuis les chambres mais c’est très atténué avec l’isolation des fenêtres. Le restaurant-bar en rooftop est super avec vue au loin sur l’Acropole.
