Half hour drive to Hocking Hills. Fully equipped cabin ready for your enjoyment! When visiting your Bobcat make use of the fully equipped kitchen for a home cooked meal, or take advantage of the many local restaurants.

Mom's Weekend
This cabin was a great place to stay. It was nice to be able to spend time with our daughter, and still see the campus. It was very crowded on campus so we decided to stay in on Saturday night, had a fire and played games. I would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Exactly what we hoped!
The cabin was clean, check-in easy, and Karl and Eileen were responsive communicators. Stayed here with two friends and we enjoyed the kitchen, tv, fire pit and firewood, picnic table outside and a secluded yard. Was perfect for a few days away.

What a Fabulous Gem of a Cabin
Fantastic secluded location with nearby access to Athens, OH. We were able to see the sights in Athens, Hocking Hills, Logan and many other nearby places. The Hosts were so accommodating and took care of all our needs and requests and the cabin and amenities made our 25th anniversary so very special. The hosts stock the cabin with quite the choice of different types of coffee and also chocolate kisses!! The outdoors provides numerous games to play and a fabulous fire pit with all the wood you'd ever want. Our daughter attends Ohio University and we wish we would have discovered this gem of a place earlier so we could have stayed here. Our many thanks to our hosts!!

This cabin is a sweet and beautiful place. A lot of extra surprises and amenities This is such a beautiful wooded area to stay and relax by the fire pit.

Wonderful stay
The cabin was clean, comfortable and just right for the two of us. Karl was particularly helpful when we had a problem with the TV remote. It was the user(me) not the remote.

Quiet Getaway
Terrific place for a quiet getaway but close enough to town if you need something or don't feel like cooking. Very clean with the best drink station (coffee, tea, cocoa) in anyplace we have stayed. Yard games outside were fun to have. Would recommend to others for a secluded relaxing getaway but with all the comforts of home.

Absolutely wonderful!
This cabin was exactly what we wanted! Off the beaten path, but close to town for food or supplies. The cabin was immaculately cleaned and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were super responsive to my questions and thought of everything to make this cabin cozy and inviting upon our arrival. I loved having cozy lights on welcoming us! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location. Fire pit & out door space & games were perfect. The little extras inside the house including coffee & tea station, water filter pitcher and bathroom amenities were perfect. We will be staying here again!

Relaxing getaway weekend
Bean's place is very clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The location is great. Close to all that Athens has to offer yet also close to the beautiful Hocking Hills and other excellent spots to get out and enjoy nature. Despite some partial cloudiness, we were able to enjoy the Perseid Meteors on both Saturday and Sunday! Carl and Eileen provide all you need to enjoy your stay and are excellent hosts. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Bean's Place.
