The rooms in the hotel were modern, clean, and pretty quiet. The building itself was far more utilitarian (lobby, lifts). Christina, the staff person we dealt with via WhatsApp, was excellent - quick responses and very efficient. If you're looking for a lively neighborhood with plenty to see and do within walking distance, this is a good bet.

Lovely hotel in an incredible location surrounded by dozens and dozens of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable too. Christina our host, was extremely efficient and accommodating, storing our luggage for a few hours after checkout. She really came to the rescue when our car to the airport didn’t turn up. Thank you Christina! A special thanks to the housekeeper (Leah?) who did a great job and always had a smile for us. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Athens.

Room was a really good size, really clean and comfortable. The Property itself is a bit sketchy to get to. Instructions were clear but you have to go up to the fourth floor through a multi tenant/use property using an elevator with no inner door! Was so close to the Metro and walkable to the Acropolis and area. Be aware that this property is licensed as a short term rental, not a hotel, so there is no onsite person and the local tax is 8€ not 2€ because of that.

Christina made our stay so wonderful. The elegance suites were large enough to be very comfortable, and they were so helpful with any questions we had. They offered to store our bags after checkout so we could continue to explore which was very helpful. Monistiraki is super close, as well as the metro. The bed was so comfortable too. Some traffic noise, but all in all, 12/10, would stay again.

Great place to stay in Athens. Clean, spacious, convenient location! Christina was lovely and extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests. Everything was so walkable - shops and bars and restaurants everywhere. Special shoutout to the housekeeping lady who was so sweet. I would highly recommend staying here whether a short or long stay!

Ottima soluzione alternativa all’Hotel

Partiamo dalla camera che è la cosa più importante: bella, veramente spaziosa, arredo moderno e funzionale. Toilette grande, con uno spazio doccia meraviglioso. Posizione strategica a 100 metri dalla piazza centrale del quartiere Monastiraki - fermata della metropolitana di fronte (50 metri). Tutto il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o nel giro di 2/3 fermate di metropolitana. Questa sistemazione è stata una validissima alternativa all’hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this suite — it was exceptionally clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bathroom was updated with modern fixtures, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like the provided robe and slippers. The location couldn't have been better, just a two-minute walk from the metro and surrounded by plenty of shops, sights, and excellent dining options. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the property manager. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me during an urgent situation, and her support made a big difference in my trip. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I return to Athens.

The entry and elevator was a bit less than expected. Once we got in our floor the room was very nice. We had the Iconic and it was very spacious and comfortable. It was self check-in. Never actually saw anyone but the cleaner every day. Christina (the manager) was available via text and was very responsive.

The property was located 2 minutes from monastiraki square which was ideal and very convenient. The property was clean and staff was lovely and communicated well. The only down side is that the room is not sound proof, as during our stay we could here people laughing in the rooms next to us and there was construction in th building next to the room. The other downside was the local tax we were to pay after the stay went from 8 euros to 32 euros so ask before hand as they are able to charge whatever they like. Otherwise its a nice hotel

Christina was very helpful but never on premise. There is constant noise all night outside with homeless on the street and garbage trucks all night. The hotel has construction starting at 7:30 am with drilling and hammering every morning. Not quite at all

Cons. Look at the pictures. We were shocked when we pulled up and the entrance to the building is as shown. No communication before hand and since we were using WiFi had no information on how to get into the room. Graffiti as shown and homeless sleeping close by. The building lobby and elevator were dirty and the elevator smelled terrible. Pros. The room itself was as pictured, clean, nice shower, espresso machine, two bottles of water and nice towels.

This is the entrance to the hotel. Graffiti and homeless all around.

This rave concert was thumping techno music and lights until 11:00 pm. This was outside our room.

The building lobby and dirty elevator. The hotel is on the fourth floor.
