One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We originally stayed at the moxy hotel but after checking in we realized the area was a bit dangerous and run down. So we booked last minute at this hotel and man it was night and day. Right in the heart of the night life and great food. Very safe in comparison. Customer service and the staff were top notch. The breakfast restaurant that they are associated with is amazing as well. 5/5

I love that we had a menu for our breakfast and it was delivered to our room daily. Manus was an excellent Host and ready to answer all or questions as well as giving recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Recommend this property and will come back to this residency since it was very close to the Metro and the spectacular views within a few feet of the property.

We had a great stay. Manos and the staff were so friendly and helpful. He arranged a taxi for us to and from our stay. The room was spacious. The kitchen allowed us to eat our leftovers from a restaurant they recommended. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The location was perfect especially given our time at the Acropolis. We hope to come back and will recommend to others.

Our flights were delayed, we had to leave very early one morning - we were a disaster. Manos at the hotel arranged transportation, let us order breakfast late, and arranged for us to get breakfast the night before for an early next morning. He even walked us to the start of the Flea market so we could walk around before walking to the Parthenon. Hands down made our trip much easier and very enjoyable. The location was also great for us - if you have little ones, this may not be great because it can be a little noisy later at night, but if you happen to have a 12 and 14 year old like we do, they thought walking around at night with so much going on, was literally the coolest. You walk something like 100 yards and can see the Parthenon lit up and have more restaurants than you can make through in weeks. Highly recommend!

We weren't sure we were in the right place because it looked nothing like the pictures. The immediate area is very run-down and the view from our room screamed the exact opposite of "luxury". As for the room itself, the main living space had 2 fold out futon couches and one bedroom with a queen size bed. It was manageable for us as it was the last night of our trip before heading to the airport and we all just wanted to get an early night sleep. The bass coming from some nightlife joint below kept us awake until it ended at 5am and light from the security lights outdoors poured through the translucent drapes. The air conditioning worked great and the staff were friendly. The bathroom showers were basic shower in a tub and a strange shower in a tiny bathroom where the toilet was in the shower with you. I appreciated the effort of the host. He's clearly trying to make something of a terrible location, but it is definitely not a luxury stay despite costing us $350 for one night.

A lovely place right in the heart of Athens. Stayed here with 2 kids and we absolutely loved the location - able to walk everywhere for the key sights and plenty of fantastic restaurants and stores (and gelato spots!) The hospitality of the staff was next level. They were so helpful and responsive to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was convenient and wholesome. Highly recommend!

My two adult daughters and I stayed in Athens 2 nights at the end of our 7-day cruise. Manos the manager was in touch w me during the whole week before. I can’t say enough about him and his staff. He arranged transfers, recommended activities including nightlife that were spot on. Even when my flight cancelled, he rearranged my airport transfer and arranged a stay at a different hotel for the unforeseen changes. The hotel itself was spacious, comfortable and very up to date. The included breakfast was plentiful and delivered to our room at our time of choice. Manos was 3 steps ahead of us in helping us the whole time. I don’t know how he did it but I felt extremely catered to and taken care of. This is the first time I’ve posted a review of this kind. I kept thanking him and his staff because they made our stay 10x better than it would’ve been otherwise. I definitely would look to stay there specifically when in Athens.
