アテネの二泊三日の滞在に利用しました。ホテルの部屋は今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番素敵な部屋でした。広くて、清潔で、快適でした。洗濯機があったのも嬉しかったです。チェックインは無人ですが、メモが入っており、部屋をアップグレードしてくれたと書かれていました。滞在中に一度だけポストにもお会いして、とても親切に困ってることはないかと聞いてくれました。おすすめしてくれたディナーにも行ってみましたが、とても素敵な所でした。 アテネはとてもいい街でしたが、このホテルのおかげでもっと好きになりました。また次にアテネに訪れる際も絶対に利用したいです。

3歳の子連れで2泊。 スタッフは親切、施設も出来て1ヶ月とのことで新築で最高でした。 ベッドは子どもと3人で寝るにはやや狭かったが、部屋は広く、鍋や食器など調理器具も揃っており便利でした。 アクロポリスの丘までも歩いて15分程度で立地も抜群です。

This place was great… it was our first time in Greece and loved how close we were to the markets, restaurants etc… the property was modern and very clean.. I’m not sure how safe the neighborhood was cause it seemed very sketch but we felt safe inside the apartment.. the elevator was like a closet with a swinging door, I took the stairs as my claustrophobia would have sent my into an instant panic attack.. yannis was really awesome and we chatted with him quite a bit, even about his awesome musical tastes.. I definitely recommend staying here

Excellent location, close to most of the attractions in Athens. Very clean building and a beautiful view of Acropolis from the top terrace. Not the same good things to be said about Expedia which let us down and almost stranded without housing after arriving to Athens. The worst possible customer service experience and support on Expedia’s side. We realize they care only of their profit and let us down in relation to getting in touch with the property and confirming our stay. At one point we thought that we will need to find a different place to stay after arriving to Athens. The 12 Key property in Athens management did what Expedia didn’t, contacted us and made sure that everything will be as expected. I would advise anyone who is planning to use Expedia, to think twice before booking with them. Personally I will avoid using Expedia’s services in the future.

We loved the location of this apartment the most, it is just 1 mins walk from the tram station. The area is great with Acropolis just 5-7 mins walk. The host was very communicative and helped us with the local recommendations of the food, transportation, coffee shops. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed, bed was the most comfortable. Highly recommend.

The hosts are very communicative about check-in time for late arrivals. The building was remodeled and very nice and clean. Our room was first floor near reception so it was a little noisy in the mornings but it had an archaeological site on display through the floor! Very unique indeed. Room was perfect— clean, good kitchen and space to put travel items away. Highly recommend!

Modern apartment with Acropolis view
Lovely apartment. We stayed in the grand apartment (d12). Loads of space, modern and had everything we needed. Outdoor space is amazing with rooftop view of the Acropolis and 3 other areas leading from different areas of apartment. Location within a few minutes walk of lots of bars and Hadrians arch. Reception very helpful and Giannis provided lots of info and places to eat, drink etc.

Wonderful experience.
Our stay was amazing. Anastasia and Yanis are the sweetest receptionists. Anastasia greeted us warmly, handled our plethora of problems with grace, translated for us, and arranged our timely transfer to the ship. We worked mostly with Anastasia who is very charming, very sweet, helpful, and always on time. I can’t say enough good things about her. FYI… the elevator only fits two people at a time. And there are five steps up to the front door, which we knew in advance because they informed us since we had a disabled person who can walk, but not much. The room was clean, air-conditioned, modern, comfortable, and we were very pleased. There was a washer in our room that didn’t dry, but our clothes dried fast on the patio in a day. We were greeted with complimentary, wine and water. There are four or five restaurants just up the hill within walking distance. The pizza place was phenomenal. I highly recommend you booking here.

The hosts were very friendly and nice. We were greeted and felt very welcomed. The housekeeper was also very kind. The apartment was cleaned spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The apartment itself was just lovely. Had everything we needed, and exceeded our expectations. If we ever came to Athens again, I would come here.

We loved our stay at 12 Keys! The apartment is very close to a tram stop and getting to the airport was very easy. The location is also very easily walkable (1 mile) to the acropolis and restaurants and shopping.

The host was super great , they arranged everything for us. Everything is walking close. The only thing i will recommend to make sound proof the room door. In the morning you can heard everyone talking in the building. Separate from that was perfect. I will go back.

Easy access, close to Acropolis
Communication with Giannis for late check-in was very clear, with even a short video of how to use the key code and info about a 24-hr market nearby. Anastasia went above and beyond to find us a taxi to the port on Election Day, which was impossible using a rider share app that day. We made use of the kitchen (panini press & electric kettle), provided plates/cups, and washing machine. Location was great, about a 15-minute walk or 5-min taxi to the Acropolis and several restaurants nearby.

Excelente alojamiento, totalmente recomendable. Nuevo, limpio, completamente equipado y a cinco minutos de la parada de metro de Acrópolis y el museo. La atención y ayuda del personal (Manos), sobresaliente, un 11 sobre 10. Me dieron sin coste un apartamento superior al contratado. La zona (y la ciudad) parece segura, aunque la calle está oscura. Como único punto a mejorar pondría un microondas como complemento al equipamiento existente (cocina y horno convencional, cafetera y calentador de agua).

The apartments are so central, with everything within walking distance, including transport links to the wider Athens area. The staff are friendly and very helpful and will give information on how to get places and where to go for some delicious local food. The housekeeping were excellent as well and filled up the shower gels and shampoos each day. Overall, a really excellent and cost-effective place to stay in the centre of Athens.

Room was decent and comfortable shower pressure was amazing. Did not get turn down service or any house keeping and clean towels one of our days there and couldn’t get ahold of staff to get any new ones.

Property has all the amenities needed. The property manager was friendly and super helpful; giving us tips of things to do and key areas to visit (beyond the obvious). Location of the the property was great; within walking distance to all the key areas. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.
