Average stay in Grand amisos Samsun

It was hard to have the reserved (sea view) room...takes long time and finally got a partial sea view in 2nd floor. Also, reception staff not informed me about pool time list (men times and women times) so I lost my share in my one night stay.

The Hotel does NOT worth 1 star. The rooms are with split air conditioning but NOT working ,only giving hot air. The furniture ,sheets,blankets are outdated. The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator. I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so. Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and Expedia evaluation is TOTALLY MISLEADIND. My worst experience in Samsun, hate to mention it.

Otel çok eski, İnternet hizmetinden yararlanamadık Çalışanlar ilgileniyorlar fakat otoparkı yetersiz şantiye içinde biryere park etmek zorunda kaldım oradada gece 01.00 den sonra aydınlatma kapatılıyor risk sizin dediler!!

Buzdolabı soğutmuyordu. Burda 2. kalışım ilk kaldığım zamanda soğutmuyordu. Kahvaltıdaki benmari çalışmıyordu bütün tamamı soğuktu. Yaşam merkezi için karışık saatde olması lazım. Eşinizle havuza hamama giremiyorsunuz cok saçma.

Genel olarak memnun kaldım, tabi ki 5 yıldız seviyesi değil ama ortalama üzeri. Pencerelerin yalıtımı zayıf, yola baktığı için uyumak biraz zor oldu gürültüden. Geniş yemek menüsü var ama sunulan sayısı az, yazın artar muhtemelen.

Fitnes ve havuz kadınlar günü diye kapalı tamam sabah kullanalım sabahta kadınlar günü ben bunlar var diye extra ücret ödüyorum otele personel trip atıyor. Çay kahvaltı saati dışında ücretliymiş 100 tl yuh artık. Odalar geniş ama yan oda ne konuşda duyuluyor.

Disgusting hotel with a rude receptionist

We checked in October 15, 2021 around 10:pm. I had booked and paid almost 50 Euro for a room by hotels.com. When we got our room, I noticed the room was too much hot and humid. I tried to turn on cooling system But it did not work. I asked the the receptionist to have a look and fix. There was a repair man who came and tried to fix. But, when they notice, they can not fix the problem, they claimed it should be like that!! while other rooms and even the lobby was very pleasant with the cooling system they had! I was sweating and my Shirt was almost wet. I showed the receptionist and said that this is not a normal. He just ignored while he was siting under a cooler! I asked them to change our room. But the receptionist firstly claimed there is no room! I know Turkish but I pretend I do not know. When I starte to complain loudly, I noticed they told each other that we can give the 5th floor room just get ride of this man! When we had a look, I noticed the room smelling too bad. It seemed the toilet had a problem. They did this to convince me that our room was the best room! Finally, when they noticed that I will not give up and I started to shout in front of other customers, they send us to the third floor! That room cooling system was working. Then I noticed that for the last 2 hours, the receptionist was completely lying! First he said the temperature is normal, then he said that he has no vacant room while they had. He was a disgusting lier. Never ever come back there
