Queremos agradecer especialmente a Noor (recepción), M. Salamin y...

「Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is new, well maintained, and the room was very nice. The terrace was perfect for gathering, and the breakfast chef was especially kind and helpful.
A small area that could be improved is the housekeeping service. There was sometimes a lack of attention to details, such as changing towels and bathroom supplies, and housekeeping entered the room without checking first. Nothing major, but a little more training and attention to these details would make the...

「There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset.
The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies.
I had some issues with failing to book...
