Onsite restaurant “Press Club Grill”had two staff members who made our stay uncomfortable. One told us that the kitchen closes soon, and other staff needs to finish and go home. That’s all ok, but another restaurant staff member ( wearing light blue-ish suit jacket ushered us in, telling us to come on in, order what we would like, they are there to please the guests. This all happened at about 2:50pm, as we just arrived from the airport and checked in to the hotel. We ended up ordering turkey club sandwiches, after another staff member in black suit jacket told us not to worry just take a seat and order. That same evening we went back to eat dinner, we did not know any place in the city, in that area, and that time another staff member who took our order, seemed to be in a hurry, and we felt rushed (we ordered from the special menu for the hotel guests). Also this staff member reached across the table multiple times to take away some dishes, did not say a word just reached inches away from my face to do this. A few word like “excuse me, I need to reach across the table to clear some dishes” would have helped to prepare me for those sudden movements, in a tight area.

design, quality, very responsive staff when it came to addressing a noise challenge I had in the initial room where I was placed (room 431). I was moved to another room (300) which suited my needs with great customer service.

Nice hotel but rooms are a bit run down. Check in took a very long time and well as getting breakfast but bell staff is super nice and friendly and rooms are very big and spacious

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and organized.

The location was phenomenal! We were able to easily walk to all Broadway theaters and other midtown attractions. The facility itself was clean, sleek, and well-maintained and the staff were all friendly and attentive. It was the perfect midtown stay!
