  • Old Florida waterfront. All new boat houses and dock area including 3 covered boat slips 25-30ft. Beautiful renovated house to accommodate 13 quests. A/C bar/kitchen area on dock with smart TV’s. Half bath on dock. Fire pit in back yard overlooking water with swings. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Theater room. All rooms and dock have smart TV with fast. Enjoy the best place and waterway in central Florida. Theater with 150in screen and audio. Fully stocked house and kitchen for large groups. Blue creek bungalow next door also sleep another 8 for larger groups

Loved how clean and spacious the house was! We had 7 adults, in town for a motorcycle event and the place was perfect for us, quiet location to get great rest, ample parking and felt safe and secluded.

Property was just as listed and a great place to stay!Handicap accessible,plenty of space. Outdoor area was ideal for cooking. Will definitely be back again soon.

We had 3 families together and the house was great for everyone. The kids loved the movie room and thoroughly enjoyed. The outside patio in the back was perfect for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. We brought our boat and spent the day at Silver Glen and it was a quick boat ride there.

2nd time staying at this beautiful property! Inside is great, and the new outside area with firepit is beautiful! Fishing with shiners off the dock was a really fun family activity. I recommend this property to anyone in the area! Thanks Josh!

Wow, what a beautiful gem on the water

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The space was beautiful, well furnished and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved the theatre room. Beautiful views of the water and great fishing off the deck. The area is quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning to this gem!

Perfect waterfront house

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again.

Fun house

This house was just as pictured. We had great communication with the owner, there was a great stocked kitchen. Tons of things to do, fishing, relaxing, movies in the theater room. Dollar general close for forgotten items. A great weekend was had by all. Will for sure visit again.

The house was simply awesome! Clean. Fully furnished. Spacious. From kitchen gadgets and knives to backyard entertainment, there wasn't a thing we did not need. Great space for a large family to spread out and not be in each others space 24/7. We used the house as base camp for a bunch off us who were hiking the 67 miles of the Florida Trail within Ocala National Forest. Local pizza was good. Local diners were on point.
