"Every room has a private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Channel. It’s wonderful to wake up in the morning to the cries of gulls and to watch the sun set at the end of the day. "It was our 5 yr Wedding Anniversary, and we had a great trip! Just wish there was a late check out that did not cost extra, many other places we have stayed offered it til noon, and if wanted longer after noon, then there was an additional charge."

"The property was nice but cottage 11 has 2 air conditioners that extend into the deck. The noise from the units is very loud and doesn’t make for a relaxed time enjoying the lovely view of the bay. Additionally, there is no pool like the listing mentions"
