"The room was clean; however the balcony was disgusting. It was covered with pigeon feces and an opening in the ceiling was where many roosted overnight. The door was difficult to open due to rusting and an open area to the outside. The stair door for exit outside the room would not close and the wind caused havoc all night as wind was 27 mi per hour. The indoor pool was not heated and the weather was very cool. I have photos of these complaints."

"Loved the fact that this was just steps away from the beach so there was no worrying about packing up all our beach stuff, driving somewhere and then trying to finding a parking spot. It was just the perfect size for my husband, grandson and I. Lots of things within walking distance which is great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"This condo was a short walk to the beach and the property was very nice and comfortable. Carl let us check in a couple hours early and even checked on us the next morning. Book this property when you're visiting OC. Great place! "
