Wonderful hosts, accommodating and warm. Nice quiet neighborhood, safe. Very nice breakfast. This was a very well organized rental home and lot of love put into the management of this villa. Definitely recommended:)

The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.

Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.

This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Very good location for traveling to small towns outside of Palermo and for Palermo itself.

We stayed only for the night before our flight out but it is well-located so we could have a last walk into the historic center. When we couldn't be there for breakfast they prepared a carry out breakfast which was excellent. Beautiful rooms.

Great location, Martina was incredibly helpful and courteous and made checking in a breeze. Breakfast was really great and the room was elegant, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed...

Palazzo del Poeta is spectacular! After a very challenging drive into town (so many missed turns and one-way micro alleys!), we were feeling a bit shell-shocked at our first time in bustling Palermo. The Palazzo is a sophisticated, quiet, almost glamorous oasis that we really needed after exploring this amazing but sometimes overwhelming city. The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were fabulous. We would absolutely stay again. One suggestion: be sure to check in with staff...

I have no comparison experience with other hotels in Palermo, but this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Built from several previous structures, one a bank and another a cloister, the hotel features majestic spaces, huge public rooms, wide halls, high ceilings. It is like a palazzo located in almost the exact middle of Palermo's historic district, so one can easily walk to the Plazzo Chiatamonte-Steri or Palazzo Abatellis in one direction or the Palazzo dei Normani or the...

This was a little tricky to find, with the chaotic streets and traffic, but Alessandro came to the rescue,found us and drove us to his lovely B & B. Once there it was a wonderful spot to explore by foot. Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff.
