"We have had great experience here, breathtaking view, super good customer service, food was very fresh and good quality for breakfast. The only concern i had is the sofa bed was uncomfortable and with plenty of dog hair"

"The bathroom is small compared to the rest of the room. The room was clean. It was too warm and we tried turning down the heat. Fortunately, there was a fan in the room and we moved it closer to the bed. There was a second fan but it didn't work. Also, the TV was small. I guess we're spoiled. We also wished breakfast was served earlier (like 6 am) Oh, the coffee in the room was nasty!"
