"Best stay in Turkey. The hosts were very accomodating and made our balloon reservations at rates lower than available in Goerme. Room was amazing. A real non-styrofoam matress . Nice linens, comfortable pillows, excellent shower, quiet, beautiful balcony, good wifi, stellar views, soft towels. I was in heaven. Breakfast was delicious and changed a little bit every day to make it good for longer stays. Just a wonderful place that I wish we would have stayed longer in."

"Taru Cave Suites made for such a memorable stay. Mr. Mehmet and especially his team have been nothing but kind and gentle, creating a truly welcoming space. The room carried a sense of antiquity — as you’d expect from a refurbished cave suite — but with simple, elegant touches that gave it real class. The bed struck the perfect balance of soft and firm, exactly what was needed after long days trekking the valleys. Breakfasts here were something special. On my second morning I practically leapt out of bed for my honeycomb — thick, dark pine honey with a resinous strength — paired with crisp potato pancakes. I’m not usually a cheese person, but I gave in and was rewarded with an assortment of dips that made the spread feel like a feast. The perfect start to the day."
