"We booked here with another couple. Even before we arrived, Anil from the reception was in contact with us and promptly replied to our questions. We were greeted with a smile by the night manager, and check-in was swift. Breakfast included everything you can imagine, and the restaurant staff, Güler and Seçkin, were very attentive, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel terrace provided great views of Ürgüp. As for the hotel and the people who worked there, we had a great experience. Well recommended."
