"This cabin was so cozy, comfortable, and inviting! CLEAN. Beautiful shower (access outside, in the basement, small water heater, so conserve), Nice kitchen stocked with tools. "Beautiful location, but we’ve rarely felt more unwelcome or ripped off. I would have probably given this accommodation 4 stars, if we hadn’t had nasty surprises:1) This is not a private host, but a company called Novasol. "The house is fantastic, the location is perfect on a quiet neighborhood! Well, we were in Norway...The outside garden is beautiful despite the snow. The house had everything we need; spacious living room, nice bedrooms and 2 WC's. The host, Heidi, is amazing and always helpful! For sure we'll return."

"We had planned to stay at this hotel after driving for 7 hours, but unfortunately our reservation was cancelled just 4 hours before check-in. A staff member kindly called us and did their best to find an alternative hotel, which we truly appreciated. We were also advised to email regarding possible compensation for a future stay. However, we have not received any response. This was very disappointing, as we had been looking forward to our visit. While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, the way customers are treated afterwards makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling reluctant to stay with your hotel again unless the situation is properly addressed."

"Great breakfast, comfortable double bed. A la carte Restaurant was booked for a wedding so no outside space as that was reserved for guests. Other Restaurant was buffet only as a consequence but had to pay for 3 courses at NK525 even if only wanted one course so ate in the cafe which was really nice and reasonably priced"
