「We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended.」

「This is the third time we’ve stayed at Afentiko Pigadi and it was just as great as the first two times. I cannot be more positive about the entire experience. The pool is amazing, house is well equipped, area is quiet and perfect for recharging. But most of all, the people are amazing. Marios is the kindest, nicest and most fun person you’ll ever meet. 「Wir haben sehr entspannte und schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön mitten in der Natur, bietet absolute Ruhe und ist trotzdem gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Mani, den schönen Außenbereich und die Besuche einer besonders lieben Katze. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.」

「Das Haus (mit Parkplatz vor dem Eingang) liegt am Hang eines hohen Berges an einer steilen Straße. Man blickt aus der Wohnung auf die Buch vor Kalamata und die Stadt selbst. Zur Straße hin sieht es so aus, als hätte das Haus nur eine Etage, es hat aber zwei, wie sich herausstellt (Hanglage halt). 「Thoroughly recommended. A really comfortable place with a great - and big - pool and huge verandas in each room. Looks pretty new and everything is in very smart condition and rooms very well equipped. Methoni castle and town are a pleasant 25 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive) through countryside and then along the sea shore. There are plenty of good restaurants in Methoni and the hotel gave us very good recommendations. 」

「Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation.」
