"L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Très spacieux, belle vue mer (voir photos prises depuis la terrasse), double terrasse et disposant de toutes les commodités. Parking privé. Ferry à 5 minutes. Plage à 3 minutes à pieds !! Le propriétaire est adorable, à la fois discret et prévenant. Procédure de remise des clés parfaite. Un très très beau passage en Sardaigne, dans un joli pied à terre où l'on se sent comme chez soi le temps du séjour. Je recommande vivement !"

"We had a great time in Piero's nice, airy apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. The large balcony has sea views in all directions and it was great to have a parking space right next to the apartment. We received great information about beaches, places to eat and much more from Piero before we arrived. When we had a small concern during our stay, we quickly got help from Piero via whatsup. We would love to come back."

"The pool was closed, we had no duvet on the bed, no nasal tissues, limited towels. It was “off season” so food was limited. Grounds and surrounding landscaping were not well taken care of. The hotel is nice and could be an amazing resort when pool opens after repairs complete. The little private beach is peaceful. "

"Excellent 3 night stay at the Park Hotel Asinara. We had a very comfortable Superior room, with a partial sea view and plenty of storage space. The breakfast was the best during our stay on Sardinia, fresh fruit, homemade savoury flans, eggs, preserves, etc. Pretty seating area. The shuttle to and from La Pelosa beach was a very useful option. It took about 15 minutes to walk the other way into Stintino for restaurants in the evening, (longer coming back as that was uphill!) The staff at reception were so helpful too, nothing was too much trouble. Well done Park Hotel Asinara. "

"While the property is in a great location right at the centre of Stintino, it requires major improvements. It is listed as bed and breakfast, but it does not offer breakfast, neither does it offer a place where you can make yourself a tea or coffee, in or outside the room. You have to go the bar next door which charged different prices for the same items in different days. The room was clean, despite the smell of pipes and chemicals. It was probably cleaned with bleach, which was fine for us, but left a strong smell throughout the stay. We could not leave the window widely open to protect our privacy as it was facing the street and the room was small so air could not circulate much. The decoration of the room was basic and clearly repurposed, and lacked appropriate maintenance: old hangers, small old wall mirror, towels. There were rusty bits in many of the items, and the towels were stained and got smelly after the first use. Sound insulation internal to the property is not appropriate. We could hear everything from the corridor and nearby rooms: toilets flushing, showers, conversations etc, meaning that we felt our privacy was also affected. Overall our stay was far from being pleasant and relaxing and although we appreciated the good location, we did not feel it was good value for money. "
