Great place to stay. The house was very clean and cozy. Very pleasant outdoors too. Had a fire both nights and just overall really enjoyed it. Will definitely look to stay again.

Great cozy cottage

The cottage was very spacious inside and out and was prefect for just one or two people. The area was quiet and out of the major flow of traffic. I would definitely stay here again. It work great for what I needed.

Cute cottage by the lake

Jeff was great, easy and prompt with communication. Cottage was clean. Plenty of space and amenities for our two week vacation. We are looking forward to staying again next year when we are in town There was an oder of skunk at times.

It’s truly the perfect spot if ur going to visit Geneva on the lake or Geneva itself or any of the local wineries. Owner was on premises at times and very friendly. Was able to work with him on pets.

Charming, cozy, clean, convenient to attractions

Exceeded expectations! Cottage is spacious, with a large kitchen and bathroom, in addition to the living space and big screened porch. Decor is adorably beachy. Very quiet setting. Great location for exploring wine country, Geneva, Ashtabula harbor and Conneaut. Host is very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Ashtabula visit

This was the second time renting the cottage. The place is lovely, clean, and so well stocked with everything we needed! (coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc.) We enjoyed the community deck and it was finally cool enough to enjoy the screened in porch. We will be back, for sure.

A very cute cottage with Lake Erie view. Spotless. A lot of extras provided. Just pack your clothes.owner communicated ahead with instructions. Just a little hard to find due to street name signage.

Cute Cottage

This was perfect for my husband and I. It was exactly as pictured on the listing. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Everything was super clean. The bed was SO comfortable! The lakefront was a short walk (like 2 mins) and the view was wonderful. Owner provided lots of little extras and was easy to work with. The location was perfect. Easy drive to both Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Cute Cottage with Personal Touches

They have thought of everything here. From pots and pans, to condiments, to cream in the fridge for your coffee, hot chocolate, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels provided... The entire place was spotless, and they truly care about guests. They even left me a a personalized thank you card with chocolate, and I came in to a light being left on for me! Will definitely be back!

Cozy cottage

The cottage was the perfect size in a great location. The cottage had everything you need for a few days and Jeff left us a thoughtful card and chocolate. My only suggestion would be to clean the floors and under the bed more often. It was very dirty when we dropped our phone under the bed. We would absolutely come back!

My daughter and I came in from out of town for a volleyball tournament. We weren’t able to get to our cabin until later in the night. All of the lights were left on for us. Once we enter the cabin, it was cozy and warm. Could not have asked for a nicer place. Jeff and his hospitality were top-notch. The next morning we woke up and there was a nice card and chocolate left on the porch for us. We will definitely come back and stay again.
