"Having booked thro’ Expedia in good time to have a smooth pilgrimage, and having paid for to avoid inconvenience of carrying cash, the hotel owner didn’t honour the booking leaving me in a lurch and find alternative accommodation causing lot of inconvenience and hassle. Beware of such rogue hoteliers."

"I booked this Hotel in August last year for one week to attended the Khumba Mela and received a confirmation via Expedia. When I arrived on 29th Jan and I was advised there was no booking. I had to use another Hotel at double the price. Very poor, Terry"
