- Chequer Tree Oast is a beautifully converted Oast House in a rural setting about 4 miles from the lovely town of Tenterden. This property has been converted to a very good standard using quality products and is furnished with style! There is a private fenced garden with table and chairs and off road parking.
Entrance hallway leading to high spec kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave.
There is a large lounge with good seating arrangement, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD and a separate dining area in the roundle. There is also a good sized twin bedroom on the groundfloor.
Up-stairs offers a large Master bedroom with King-sized bed, Flatscreen TV, good storage and ensuite bathroom with bath, hand held shower, w/c and basin. A further double bedroom in the roundle and a shower room with quad shower, w/c and basin complete the accommodation.
