May 1 – September 30
• The pool is heated (target water temp: 81°F)
April & October
• The pool remains open but is not heated by default
• Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay
• Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature
November 1 – March 31
• The pool is closed for the season

Rural Mountain Setting: The property is located in a rural mountain community where guests may occasionally hear typical countryside sounds, including wildlife, farm animals, agricultural equipment, and recreational activities on neighboring properties.

Private Gatherings & Outside Services: Guests planning private gatherings or arranging outside services, such as private chefs or catering, must contact our Guest Experience Team in advance to review applicable property policies, guest limits and approval requirements.

Quiet Policy: Please note that The Huntly Estate is in a private, quiet mountain community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding neighbors.

Clean Guarantee: Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee. If the home does not meet our cleaning standards upon arrival, we will promptly return to address it.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out: may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. There may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply; not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of a “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green).

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance: Please review our payment & cancellation policies, along with information about vacation rental insurance.

Long Term Bookings: Reservations of 28+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest's name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
