The Space:
Step into a beautifully designed home set on 8 acres of forested land, offering privacy, natural beauty, and room to roam. The wraparound porch invites you to unwind with a drink under starlight or sip your morning coffee while listening to songbirds. A short walk along a wooded path leads you to a pond and fire-pit area—perfect for evenings roasting s’mores or telling stories around the fire.
Inside, the chef’s kitchen is a highlight, featuring dual ovens, dual dishwashers, a farmhouse sink, and generous counter space—great for holiday dinners or casual cooking nights. The main level houses the master suite, with a king bed, en-suite bathroom (steam shower + jacuzzi tub), walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace surrounded by forest views. A convenient half bath is located off the living room.
Downstairs are two bedrooms—one with two queen beds, the other with a king—and a family room that holds both a king and a queen bed alongside a fireplace. (Please note: the downstairs family room is open to the upstairs via a door, but it does not connect directly to the hallway to the other bedrooms.) A full bathroom with a combined shower/tub serves the lower level. The laundry room is functional, though unfinished—it also serves as a utility space.
Outside, the front porch includes a gas grill, cushioned chairs, and a swing bench. The side yard is fenced, so your pets can roam safely, and the gated front porch offers additional outdoor space. The pond and fire-pit area—on the adjacent owner’s property—is yours to use anytime; we supply starter wood, fire starter, a fire stick, and a lighter.

This property is best accessed by car, which gives you flexibility to explore Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and surrounding nature. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) are available, though in more remote stretches coverage may be limited. Walking is peaceful within the property itself, but you’ll likely drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The driveway is suitable for standard vehicles.
