Expect the occasional friendly critter; pest control is performed regularly, but insects may appear. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–6 a.m. in respect of neighbours. No smoking, vaping, parties or unapproved events. Two small, well‑trained dogs are welcome for a fee (please disclose at booking). Fire extinguishers, smoke/CO alarms and first‑aid kits are provided.
