Located close to West Asheville, Enka-Candler, and Carrier Park, this house is located on a private road just off of a busy road with easy access to the highways.
Please note that this home is in a residential neighborhood with primarily local folks who have to get up for workin the morning, have sleeping babies, etc.
While I want you to have a great time, if you think your party will be on the louder side, this might not be the best place for your group. Thanks for your consideration!
Please note that the only bathroom on the second level is the primary bathroom. For those staying in the bunk room, they'll either need to access the upstairs bathroom through the primary bedroom or head downstairs.
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $5,000 in "All-Risk" Damage in addition to Airbnb's AirCover. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by guests. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With "All-Risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded, such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. It's vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under your damage protection plan through Waivo!
- 5 vehicles maximum, please park close to the house so other cars that share the driveway can pass
- Please avoid turning your car around on the neighbor of the small house's property.
- You MUST shower before entering the hot tub. If there is evidence that you have not showered prior to entering and the filter or water quality are impacted, you may be charged an $85 deep clean/refill fee.
- No glass allowed near the hot tub.
- Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or in the hot tub.
- No unauthorized parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- Up to 2 pets allowed with host approval for additional fee. Pets only allowed on furniture if provided pet blankets are used to protect linens and upholstery.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times.

If you're heading to the house eastbound on Sand Hill Rd, slow down as soon as you see Green Valley Rd. Our street looks like a small private street right after Green Valley and you don't want to miss it. Once you pull in, we're the first house you'll see straight ahead.
Upon arrival, you may think that this is simply an extra long driveway, but our neighbors use the road to get in and out. Therefore, 6 cars parked closely together is the max we can accommodate. If in-and-out access is difficult for our neighbors due to your parking (too many cars or not condensed) you will likely get towed as we need to ensure safe access by emergency vehicles.
