we offer lots of room for outdoor play, with privacy from all neighbors. back patio with a jacuzzi and area to lounge. bonfire in the back as well. Full size kitchen, fully equipped. Extra large sectional and vaulted living room ceiling. Board games to enjoy, and a basket of toys for the little ones. 3 minutes from grocery store and pharmacy. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. and much more!

This is such a great property!! We have stayed here the past 2 years for my birthday party. The house is conveniently located, well spaced for multiple couples to enjoy, and perfectly laid out for entertaining yourself all weekend! Check in is always super easy and the hosts are always on top of things!! Great stay!!

Great House (bad timing)

We were there when Helene hit so we lost power and running water. Prior to arrival, communication was quick and easy. After the storm, we let the owners know about trees that had fallen on and around the property. He was there that day to clean up and cut down fallen trees. He came back with flashlights, and a portable charger for us to use. Our trip was unfortunately timed and we hope that Asheville and residents fully recover from this disaster. The house was very nice and we hope to return in the future.

Wedding weekend

I reserved this location for my bridesmaids and I to get ready the day of my wedding and we had the rehersal dinner there the night before and it was fantastic!! So clean, spacious and modern. I also had my wedding detail pictures taken at this location and it was perfect!

Great house in the woods

House was great. Had a nice patio area to hang out on. The house had plenty of room, very nice kitchen and nice sized rooms. Would definitely rent again!

The Best VRBO in Asheville!

We had the best stay! It is exactly and pictured!! Everything was immaculately cleaned and organized! They had thought of EVERYTHING that you could possibly need! The owners were readily available for any questions or concerns, but we didn’t have any! They were well prepared and thoughtful in their supplies! We loved hanging out in the living room area, sharing meals at the table in the kitchen, and enjoying the outdoor space! It was so nice to all hang outside together, with some grilling, some enjoying the hot tub, and some hanging out in the seating areas! It was truly a phenomenal way to celebrate together under the lights! We also enjoyed waving at the goats next door! We had 4 couples, and there was plenty of space for us. There was ample parking, and we were extremely close to everything! We enjoyed downtown Asheville, zen tubing on the French Broad River, and grilling out each night. It was the best experience! We were already talking about rebooking for next year and many years to come!
