This property is one of the gems in Asheville. Wonderfully located between the historic River Arts District and Downtown Asheville, this property delivers a high end feel amid a culturally diverse and the eclectic community of “Funky West Asheville. It is minute away from Biltmore Village, Grove Park Inn, Blue Ridge Parkway and The French Broad River!

The space is well appointed with new appliances, big screen smart televisions, and bluetooth stereo sound bars for you listening entertainment and so much more.

The large yard is great for hosting family reunions with grills and table available upon request.

Restaurants and bars surround the quaint but high functioning location.

A queen sized bed and a queen sized futon make the space ideal for 4 and the pricing makes weekends in Asheville affordable to a broad range of regular folk who want to be treated well.

We welcome all colors of the rainbow and honor everyones humanity. The world is welcome to chill in the 38 Special!
