  • Location, Location! All are welcome ✨Come enjoy the Best of both worlds. Just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville! Only 4 Miles from the BILTMORE ESTATE !!
    Our beautiful home is located on the “Mountain To Sea Trail”( just walk to the end of the street to access the trail!! ) and 1 mile from the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY Entrance.
    Private, peaceful, quiet , safe neighborhood
    The Blue Ridge Parkway offers plenty of hiking, gorgeous views and picnic spots.
    We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Asheville , the Biltmore Estate and the South Slope breweries .
    Shoji Spa is just up the road for a Hot Tub or massage.
    The huge deck is perfect for grilling and family gatherings . It overlooks the Fire-pit and a large, private yard.
    The large kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. It’s well equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. Coffee and Tea
    Pretty wine glasses, beer mugs, and seating for 8 people.
    The dining room opens on to the large deck with additional dining table and grill.
    The light-filled main floor is open concept living and dining rooms.
    It holds 3 spacious bedrooms ,including the master on main with a private bathroom.

    The sunroom has a nice selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles.

    Downstairs /Lower level :
    -FUTTON for an extra bed
    -has a large family room with a big comfy couch, smart TV,
    -desk and chair
    -direct access to a large back yard
    - full bathroom with shower
    - laundry room

    Spectrum High Speed Internet and Cable TV.

    The access to the home is on level paved roads and there is parking for 6 cars.
    Our home is in a quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood of large trees and occasionally bear visitors
    We are good neighbors and ask that our guests are too ; by being mindful of quiet hours outside after 9:30PM. ✨🍁 Celebrating Diversity

Nice property with good location close enough to everything, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly and lots of space for kids to play. Plenty of restaurants and activities near by.

This home was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to see in Ashville. The bedrooms all had excellent, comfortable beds with nice bedding! The bathrooms were nicely done with great towels and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in the yellow house on Lovers Loop Lane!

We spent 4 nights at this property for a small family reunion. We found the property clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our host was very responsive for the one minor issue and handled it quickly.Will definitely return if in Asheville again!

Great getaway for new years

Very cute house, comfortable and a neat location. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by woods. As in most cases, we hung out mostly in the kitchen, but it was roomy and had several places to hang out and enjoy our time as a group. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do: downtown, the River Arts District and the Biltmore. We planned on hiking, which would have been super easy since the trail is right across the street, but we didn't end up having time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Perfect for our family gathering. Great house with plenty of space for everyone. We have family that live in the neighborhood so we know how special that area is. Quiet streets for beautiful walks.And the house was very well stocked for us to cook our family meals. Really great!

Our family of 4 had a really nice visit in this house, close to town and many hiking trails. We had lots of room to spread out and relax on a couple of the rainy days that we spent indoors. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and sitting out on the back deck was really relaxing.

Perfect ,quiet location

Perfect place for for a family to vacation in Asheville. Close to the Biltmore village and the Biltmore Estate. The house is well appointed with a lovely deck to have your morning coffee. The bathrooms are a good size and the beds are so comfortable. We were here for my son!s wedding and it perfect

Girls getaway to the Biltmore

This property was the perfect distance for our of visiting the Biltmore, going on a hike and exploring breweries! The host was super kind and helpful when we had questions. There was a lovely porch for coffee in the morning and firepit for the evenings. We had an amazing time!

Great house! Great Location!

Home is warm and inviting with plenty of space! Loved walking my dog around the neighborhood,neighbors very friendly. Easy access to Mountain to Sea trail. Location is convenient to downtown,the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would stay here again and Rebecca Ann was a pleasure!

Girls trip

Great location of the house. Asheville is a fun place to visit. Wonderful restaurants and shopping. While eating on the rooftops, we enjoyed beautiful view of the mountains. The comedy bus tour, LaZoom was a great way to see the city. The art district fun. The Biltmore and gardens is fantastic!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place for our friends to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Spacious kitchen! Good tables (inside and outside) for dining and games. We didn’t feel cramped at all with 6 adults.

Family Christmas

Fantastic Holiday week… 8 family members that had not all been together at the same time for quite a while. House accomodated us all very well. Great kitchen, very well stocked with preparation and serving utensils and dishes. Without a doubt we would definitely come back here should we ever be back in the Asheville area.

Fantastic place for family

This is one of the best rentals we have ever had. Plenty of room for all 8 of us, 3 bathrooms!. Very clean with new kitchen and baths. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware and large size pots and pans. Basic spices, coffee provided. Great seating options for socializing and dining. All this and just minutes away from the Biltmore. We loved every bit of our stay!

Sons wedding June 20-25 2024

Very nice house with all the comforts of home. Owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. House is near everything we needed including the wedding venue. We asked the owner prior to booking about distance to wedding venue and she was right on and very helpful. Family had a great time even with some of the bad luck things that happen during our trip. Definitely would recommend this property…Loren
