「Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The accommodations are top notch that include a kitchen, screened in back patio, washer and dryer. Totally a great stay!We were in town to see historical venues and this location was central to all. If we’re back in the area again, we will definitely stay here. 」

「Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. 「We loved this family and pet friendly property. Loved the house and decor and all the amenities. Spent quality time at the house with the family. Played ping pong, pool and video games. Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and had roasted marshmallows. We had a fantastic time visiting our favorite places and some new ones. Sweet Run State Park had some great trails for hiking with our dog. Will recommend this property to everyone!」

「Property was very clean and accurate of listing description. cell phone service was rough however internet in house was never an issue. House is in good shape. Owner was quick to respond once receiving text message. Email is best way to communicate. you do have a lil drive into town if you need something however that was not an issue with us and the location is what we were looking for. 「To start with, access to this property during the winter is simply unsafe. You access the property from the back yard. While snow and ice may not be normal in DC, during our stay there was a lot of ice that was not cleared. Very slippery and unsafe. You enter the property through the lower level deck that was very icy. Once in the sliding patio door, you are greeted by vinyl plank flooring with no rugs, so the snow and ice on your shoes melts and runs all over the floor. Now for the...
