「The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us. When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself...

「It's a lovely house in a nice peaceful neighborhood. I enjoyed being out of the centre city.」

「Staff was very kind. Small but clean room, good breakfast」

「great stay」

「Stayed 1 night, very good location, bus to airport next to the street, city center is on walk distance. Exelent stay , thank you」

「No smoke alarm no fire doors black ceilings and mould issues bread left in room was green, how the bed didn't break is a miracle air fresheners everywhere to disguise the smell check in was chaotic they didn't seem to know who we were and the whole house was like a hoarders paradise we did not feel safe and in the event of a fire could have been fatal. This property should not be advertised on any travel website.」
