The staff were helpful and friendly. We saw employees cleaning common areas all day every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the creative use of the building to make these cozy and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the free coffee in the morning. Just wish I had enough time to try out the sauna-guess we will have to return soon. This hotel/community space project is an innovative concept and we were happy to be able to experience being a part of it. We will be back!

Very nice hotel, convenient to Temple Square and light rail stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room rate was a little less than others in the area. Breakfast buffet was good but not amazing, and pricey (the restaurant staff and waiter were very gracious)--I didn't eat other meals there. There is the usual urban traffic noise, but you'd get that with any downtown hotel and it wasn't bothersome. Would definitely recommend and stay there again for the pleasantness and convenience. It's also steps away from the Utah Symphony, and that was a highlight.
